• Check-in (for those who have purchased three-night packages) is possible from 12:00 until late night hours (lunch and dinner should be secured individually, they are not included in the packages starting on Thursday, April 27). If you are interested in dinner at the hotel, it is necessary to order it in advance (a week before the event, we will send a simple online questionnaire, where you just express your interest and pay for the dinner directly on the spot at the reception. The dinner will be in the form of buffet tables. 
• Guests who are not accommodated at Hotel Grand can purchase lunches and dinners - 1 menu (buffet table) for €17.
• Free program
• Wellness from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Dinner from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
• Registration of event participants from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (next to the reception)
• Informal party in the main hall 1 from 10:00 pm to 3:00 am / dress code: whatever you want :-)

• Breakfast: 7:00 am - 10:00 am (only for package holders from Thursday)
• Check-in (for those who have purchased two-night packages) is possible from 2:00 pm (if rooms are already available check-in will be possible from 12:00 pm) until late night hours (lunch should be secured individually, it is not included in the packages since guests arrive at different times).
• Registration of event participants: from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (in the hotel lobby next to the reception by Salsa by Norika Team). In case you arrive later, arrange your registration individually at +421 907 873 217 (Nasťa)
• Lunch: 12:00-15:00 (basic buffet tables) is served regardless of workshops (for package holders from Thursday and Friday)
• Workshops 2:00 pm - 4:30 pm (4 dance halls)
• Wellness: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm
• Dinner: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm (basic buffet tables)
• Welcome Party: 9:30 pm - 5:00 am
  • hall 1/ Salsa stage: mainly Cuban salsa + salsa linea and bachata + 11:00 pm - 11:30 pm / Show with our guests
  • hall 2/ Sensual stage: mainly bachata + kizomba
  • hall 3/ Slow tempo (playlist)
  • Dress code: elegant/casual

• Theme Party: 9:30 pm - 5:00 am
• hall 1/ Salsa stage: mainly Cuban salsa + linear salsa and bachata + animations with our guests
• hall 2/ Sensual stage: mainly bachata + kizomba
• hall 3/ Slow tempo (playlist)
• Dress code: The 80´s are back!

Additional information
1. Sale of dance shoes of the brand Latinky near the reception. Opening hours will be posted at the reception.
2. Sale of T-shirts (with different designs: Salsa, Bachata, Rueda, Hot Tatras).
3. During parties, you can buy sandwiches at the reception – ATTENTION! It is necessary to order them in advance on the day by 2:00 pm at the hotel reception.
4. Wristbands – please, keep them visible. (This will ensure that strangers can’t walk around the hotel and thanks to them the instructors will be able to adjust the dance level of workshops.)
5. Please note that:
- the use of minibars in the hotel rooms is not included in the packages. You can pay for the minibar use at the hotel reception.
- consumption of drinks in the lobby bar and in the restaurant is not included in the packages. In the lobby bar and in the restaurant, you can pay by card or in cash.
- for objective reasons, it is not possible to charge any services (massages, drinks) to the room during the event.
