Important general information

• Package prices are listed below and are always calculated for 1 person
• The registration form must be filled out and the payment made in the same month and at once for all participants accommodated in the same room. You can also pay for 1 room individually (2-3 people/your full name + variable symbol)
• An exception is:
  - if 1 person joins a double room (the number of nights as in the original registration)

  - if you are looking for someone to share the room with (if you don’t have a roommate we will try to accommodate you in a double room with somebody)

• The registration will be fully accepted only after the required amount stated in the registration form has been paid.
• From 01/12/2022 to 31/12/2022, a new official registration will begin at a discounted price. 
  The payment must always be made by the end of the month in which you registered, otherwise the registration is automatically cancelled.
• From January 1 to February 28, 2023 at the standard price.

The Full Package price includes:

• Accommodation at Hotel Grand**** Jasná (free parking)
• Full board including breakfast in rich buffet style, lunch and dinner in basic buffet style for the first time.
  
  Packages A3, B3, D3: start with breakfast on Friday, April 28, and end with lunch on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
  
  Packages A2, B2, D2: start with lunch on Friday, April 28, and end with lunch on Sunday, April 30, 2023.
   
• Wellness from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (full package holders)
• Full Pass includes entry to all workshops at the corresponding dance level + 3 parties (regardless of whether you purchase a 2-night or a 3-night package)
• Special non-standard services for this event: wellness from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, check-in from 12:00 pm, check-out on Sunday until 5:00 pm, water available during workshops, Latin drink menu discounted during the party
